You must read, agree with, and accept all of the terms and conditions contained in these Terms. By creating an account, or by using or visiting our Website, you are bound to these Terms and you indicate your continued acceptance of these Terms. Your access to, and all of your use of the Website, Products, and/or Services must be lawful and must be in compliance with these Terms, and any other agreement between you and FY8 Love.
Your FY8 Love Account
If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account, and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with the account. You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current and complete information, including your contact information for notices and other communications from us. You may not use false or misleading information in connection to your account, or trade on the name or reputation of others, and FY8 Love may change or remove any information that it considers inappropriate or unlawful, or otherwise likely to expose FY8 Love to claims of third parties. You agree that we may take steps to verify the accuracy of information you have provided to us.
You are responsible for taking reasonable steps to maintain the confidentiality of your username and password. You must immediately notify FY8 Love of any unauthorised uses of your information, your account, or any other security breaches. FY8 Love will not be liable for any acts or omissions by you, including any damages of any kind incurred as a result of such acts or omissions.
User-generated content: submitting material for publication
FY8 Love only publishes material submitted by registered users. We accept no liability in respect of any material submitted by users and published by us, and we are not responsible for its content and accuracy. Users may submit material for publication under the following terms and conditions:
1. Publication of any material you submit to us will be at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to make additions or deletions to the text or graphics prior to publication, or to refuse publication.
2. You grant us a non-exclusive, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish and communicate to the public any material you submit to us in any format, including without limitation print and electronic format. You also agree that we may permit other parties to publish and communicate to the public any material you submit to us in any format.
3. You warrant that any material you submit is your own original work and that you own the copyright and any other relevant intellectual property rights.
4. You warrant that the material you submit is not obscene, offensive or otherwise illegal.
5. You agree not to submit material that is deliberately intended to upset other users.
6. You will take reasonable steps to ensure that any material you submit is not defamatory of any person.
You acknowledge that any breach of these conditions may cause us damage or loss. You agree to indemnify us in full and permanently against any third-party liabilities, claims, costs, loss or damage we incur as a result of your breach of conditions (2) to (6) above. You must act honestly and in good faith in your dealings with us and (if requested) you must provide us with reasonable assistance to settle, defend or investigate any third-party claims arising as a result of our publication of material you submit to us. We reserve the right to remove your access to individual services completely if we believe you are abusing the services in any way.
You will be deemed to consent to these guidelines if you choose to post any content to the site.
Registration
When you register, you are registering as a business user of fy8love.co.uk. Access to registration areas is by your email address and password. Your use of the site is an agreement to abide by our Terms and Conditions.
We allow you access to the registration areas of the site on the basis that:

Termination of Registration
If we wish to bring the agreement to an end, we will do so by emailing you at the address you have registered stating that the agreement has terminated. The agreement will terminate, and your email address and password will become invalid on fy8love.co.uk immediately.
Responsibility of Users of the Website
If you delete Content, FY8 Love will use reasonable efforts to remove it from the Website and our servers, but you acknowledge that caching or references to the Content may not be made unavailable to the public immediately.
You are responsible for taking precautions as necessary to protect yourself and your computer systems from viruses, worms, Trojan horses, and other harmful or destructive content. FY8 Love shall take reasonable precautions to prevent the transmission of harmful content from its technology systems to your technology systems.
FY8 Love disclaims any liability for any harm or damages resulting from your access or use of the Website, Products, and/or Services, or access or use of non-FY8 Love websites.
FY8 Love has the right (though not the obligation) to (i) refuse or remove any Content that, in FY8 Love’s reasonable opinion, violates any FY8 Love policy or is in any way harmful or objectionable, or (ii) terminates or denies access to and use of the Website, Products, and/or Services, to any person for any reason, in FY8 Love’s sole discretion.

FY8 Love, the FY8 Love logo, and all other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website, Products, and Services, are trademarks or registered trademarks of FY8 Love or FY8 Love’s licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website, Products, and Services, may be the trademarks of other third parties in which case such license is for the exclusive benefit and use of us unless otherwise stated, or may be the property of their respective owners. Your use of the Website grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any FY8 Love or third-party trademarks.
Termination
You may terminate your agreement and close your account with FY8 Love at any time, by sending an email to hello@fy8love.co.uk FY8 Love may terminate its relationship with you, or may terminate or suspend the accessibility to the Website, Products, and/or Services at any time, including the use of any software, (i) if you breach these Terms and/or any other agreement with FY8 Love; (ii) if FY8 Love reasonably suspects that you are using the Website, Products, and/or Services to breach the law or infringe third party rights; (iii) if FY8 Love reasonably suspects that you are trying to unfairly exploit or misuse FY8 Love’s policies; (iv) if FY8 Love reasonably suspects that you are using the Website, Products, and/or Services fraudulently, or that Products or Services provided to you are being used by a third party fraudulently; (v) you violate any applicable law or regulation. Upon termination of your FY8 Love account for the above reasons, you will be denied access to the Website, Products and/or the Services, including all of its data.
If you believe that FY8 Love has failed to perform or the Services are defective, you must notify FY8 Love in writing and allow fourteen (14) days for FY8 Love to cure the defect. If FY8 Love cures the defect within this period, FY8 Love will not be in default and cannot be held liable for any damages and/or losses in connection to such default. If FY8 Love has not cured the defect within this period, you may terminate the subscription with immediate effect, upon written notice to FY8 Love.
Changes
The configurations and specifications of the Website, including without limitation all content there available, the Products, and the Services may be amended and/or updated from time to time, at the sole discretion of FY8 Love. You are bound by any such changes or updates, unless such changes materially diminish the functionality and value of the Website, Products and/or Services.
